  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? Choose a package, Choose a type of gift, Select a delivery time

 

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY? All deliveries are on demand within 1 hour of placing the order. Your order will arrive within the hour that you chose.

 

  • WILL I RECEIVE STATUS UPDATES? Yes. Once you've completed your order you will receive an email confirmation. A text notification will be sent out letting you know that the order is on its way. The driver will then call you when they've arrived.

 

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? You can always make changes to your order prior to check out. Once you have checked out, we are able to change the order until it arrives then we must reschedule a new delivery

 

  • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? We can deliver anywhere in Washington DC

 

  • WHAT IF I DON'T LIVE IN DC? That's fine. We can coordinate a delivery with you inside the DC boundaries.

 

  • WHAT WILL I NEED FOR DELIVERY? Please make sure that you have your phone on you and a valid photo ID.

 

  • DO I NEED TO BE 21+ TO ORDER? Yes.

 

  • WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED? We accept Cash only for the time being

 

  • IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE? No, the delivery fee is built into the cost
